Accessibility Statement

Conformance target

This site is designed with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a guide. This is a statement of ongoing effort, not a formal certification — there is no official third-party seal for WCAG conformance, and accessibility is a continuous process rather than a one-time checkbox.

Measures taken

• Semantic HTML landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) and a logical heading structure on every page
• A skip-to-content link for keyboard users to bypass repeated navigation
• Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements, including custom menus
• Form fields with associated labels, accessible error and success messaging
• Meaningful alternative text on informative images; decorative images hidden from screen readers
• Text and background color combinations checked against WCAG contrast minimums
• Reduced-motion support for visitors who prefer minimal animation
• Keyboard-operable navigation, including dropdown menus

Known limitations

This site has been reviewed through manual and automated checks, not a full third-party audit or comprehensive assistive-technology testing. Some issues may remain, particularly in less common browsing configurations.
